Pre-Summer Maintenance

For each air conditioning and heating maintenance pre-summer service visit, Desert Tech Air Conditioning & Heating will perform the following:

  • Clean the outdoor condensing unit coils – Increases efficiency, increases reliability, and extends system life​
  • Change the filter – Our professional-grade air filters improve the air quality and reduce the amount of work for the unit​
  • Oil the fan motors and other moving parts – Avoids damage caused by friction
  • Monitor the system operating pressure – Avoids compressor overheating and failure
  • Check system thermostat for accuracy – This ensures that the thermostat is operating correctly​
  • Adjust coolant level – Improves system performance and ensures unit runs smoothly​
